The service

SubPilot is a service operated by SUBPILOT LLC. By creating an account you accept these terms.

SubPilot helps you record and track your subscriptions and expected payments. It is an organisation tool, not a bank, payment provider or financial adviser.

Your responsibility

Amounts and dates shown are based on the information you enter. Expected payments are estimates, not confirmed transactions. Always check your provider and your bank. SubPilot cannot cancel subscriptions with third-party providers.

Plans

The Free plan is permanent and limited to the number of active subscriptions shown on the pricing page. Premium is a paid plan for the period purchased. A free trial may be offered to new accounts; its length is shown on the pricing page and it ends automatically without charge.

Payments

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) on the pricing page. Depending on what is shown at checkout, you can pay by credit or debit card, cryptocurrency, bank transfer or cash deposit.

Payments are verified manually; Premium is activated once your payment is verified, usually within 24 hours. An invoice is issued for every verified payment and is available in your account.

There is no automatic renewal: nothing is charged without your action. Premium ends at the end of the period you paid for unless you pay for a new period. A period purchased while Premium is still active starts when the current period ends.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy (Refund policy). In short: a full refund can be requested within 14 days of any Premium payment.

When Premium ends

Your data is kept. If you have more active subscriptions than the Free plan allows, you will be asked to choose which stay active; the others are archived, not deleted.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other accounts, bypass limits or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
